Privacy policy

Fly Talent DJ determines the purposes and use of account, booking and communication data needed to operate the direct DJ booking marketplace. Customers, DJs and Admins can view booking data only as permitted by their roles.

Event locations, normalized addresses, coordinates and distances are used only for booking creation, travel pricing, booking history and reconciliation. A DJ’s private base address does not appear on public profiles, notifications, calendars/lists or ordinary logs.

Detailed addresses help participants reach the venue. The server estimates travel fees using reference points for the DJ profile province/city and the event province/city. Changing an address within the same province does not change the fee. Private DJ addresses are stored separately and are not public.

Account numbers are encrypted at rest. Only when a user requests a QR code does Fly Talent DJ send the account number, account holder name, amount and transfer description to VietQR/Casso. This data is not used to look up account holder names, is not cached in plaintext, and the QR code is not proof of payment receipt.

Private addresses are retained until an authorized DJ or Admin changes or deletes them. Province/city, estimated distance and calculation method are saved with quotes to preserve history and reconciliation. When an account is deleted, its precise locations are removed under the data deletion rules.

Customers and DJs can download data they are allowed to view as JSON and request deletion using their current password. The request locks all sessions immediately, has a waiting period of exactly 30 days and can be submitted only when there are no active bookings, matching requests or deposit refunds. After the deadline, Fly DJ deletes personal data and private content but retains minimal records of status, time, province/city, ratings and agreed amounts for reconciliation history. A receipt code is stored separately on the device for lookup after logout and expires 30 days after completion or cancellation; Fly DJ does not promise an email or notification while the app is closed.
