Compare event types, music style, experience, media and reviews on the profile. To clarify anything, select Ask the Special Acts and send your question with event details; both parties can continue in the chat of the booking created.
How is the quote confirmed?
The profile shows a starting price. The Special Acts checks the date, time, venue, duration and brief before quoting; the amount is saved as a fixed amount only when the customer accepts.
How is the deposit handled?
After accepting the quote, the customer transfers the amount due now directly to the Special Acts. The Special Acts checks the bank account and confirms the booking.
When is the time slot held?
The slot is held when the customer accepts the quote and the booking becomes payment pending. After the Special Acts checks the bank account and confirms receipt, the booking becomes confirmed.
What if I need to cancel?
Open the booking and choose cancel. If money has been transferred, the customer and Special Acts handle the refund outside the system; the status changes only after an authorized party confirms it.
